Product Description This high-tech rechargeable system is the only battery pack and charger made to power your Tyco R/C TMH power vehicle. It gives you up to twice the running time, faster speeds and a unique Flexpak design. Charge before using and read complete instructions enclosed. Rechargeable up to 1,000 times.
Editorial Review The innovative Tyco TMH Flexpak system features a unique, flexible design that allows it to be used in a variety of Tyco radio-controlled TMH vehicles (it is not compatible with other 6.0-volt or 9.6-volt ni-cad battery-powered vehicles). The charger plugs into any standard 110/120-volt outlet and can fully charge a Flexpak in just 4 hours. As with all rechargeable batteries, run time will vary greatly with power usage and speed of vehicle, but Tyco's TMH system offers more power and up to twice the running time of comparable ni-cad battery packs. Comes with a 90-day limited warranty. --Jerry McCulley

Good rechargable battery October 6, 2008 The battery works as described it is for radio control toys from Tyco. Apparently Tyco is too cheap to include the battery with the toy.
Expensive battery pack and doesn't hold charge long January 15, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
We purchased a Tyco RF controlled vehicle only to find out after we had given it as a present that it required this separate battery pack. Guess that the packaging does say so in the fine print but didn't realize it at the time. This battery pack and charger were a third again the cost of the toy. It takes several hours to fully charge then doesn't last very long so needs to be recharged often. Since the battery runs out often, the kids loose interest or end up playing with toy manually, just pushing it around. I'm sure it will break shortly because of this and toy/battery/charger will end up in garbage shortly.
Great battery July 12, 2006 2 out of 8 found this review helpful
To all complainers: Its your fault you didn't read the big label that says: TMH flexpack is required.
Don't missjudge this battery pack, its very useful. It has saved lots of money in my family. Don't be stupid, read all the labels before you purchase anything!
Shell Shocker - June 12, 2006 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
This toy was a complete waste of money. My boy played with it for a total of about 20 minutes before it broke. The battery is fully charged, (I checked it with a meter) but the toy will not respond to the remote. The eyes light up, then it shuts down. I called Tyco, and am getting the run around. They had me mail them the remote cover, now they want the entire remote. What next... Don't waste yout time or energy on this poorly designed toy. The service tech I spoke with at Tyco knew all about this problem. It appears that they rushed it to market without proper testing. Tyco should recall this product, but they are just plain greedy and do not care about customer service after you SHELL out your hard earned $$$. I wish I had something positive to say about this product, but there isn't anything nice to say about it. Learn from me, keep your money.
look online for batteries February 28, 2006 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
We have had the same problem as everyone else, but the toy itself is fun. I am sure there is more than one source, but a website [...] has flexpak batteries at a good price and without the charger.
