Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
What do you friends Really think of you' Players secretly vote on which player fits the description on the cards. It's a game that mixes fun and surprises - and shows you your friends' "true colors."

Editorial Review
OK, there are no secrets--at least not from your friends when you play this entertaining, but revealing, party game. Here's how it goes: at the beginning of each turn, a question card is read that asks about character traits of people in the group. The question might be something like "Who most likes a bargain?" All the players--three to six adults--secretly write down their votes. Each player then guesses how many votes he or she got on that particular question. If you know yourself well, and what your friends think of you, you should do just fine. It's when your friends think you're something you're not (or you don't think you are) that things get interesting. The game comes with question cards, voting cards, a ballot box, and a score pad. --Marianne Painter

2 out of 5 stars Find the older, better version.   October 30, 2008
I played True Colors many years ago with friends while working at a camp, and it ended up being one of those games we went back to frequently just for fun, and a lot of it!
HOWEVER, it turns out that the version we played was an earlier release by Milton Bradley released in 1990, this version is very scaled down, so much so that it takes a lot of the fun out of it. In fact, I sent it back and got my money back.

5 out of 5 stars True Colors Game   September 23, 2008
We have the older version of this game and looked in all the stores for this newer updated version. It's a great game to play. It's a good group game , it's fast and easy to get started you don't have to read a long book of instructions to get going and it's not a thinking game. It's fun and your group will definately be laughing!!! I highly reccommend this game!!

4 out of 5 stars Not for sensitive people   July 10, 2008
This game is hilarious fun. It's best when playing with people you know fairly well. Harder with people you just met. If you know someone with thin skin you might want to be selective with the questions you pick. If you know people that can laugh at themselves, it makes for a great evening.

5 out of 5 stars Fun Fun Fun!   June 26, 2008
This game is so much fun! It's very reavealing about what people think of you! :) Be honest and have a blast!

2 out of 5 stars First time fun!   March 12, 2008
I played this game back in the late 90's and loved it. It was so much fun, but it seems since they remade it... the statement cards are much different and a little more general. Not as fun. The first time can be great, especially with more then a couple of friends. But it's not a game to play again and again.... It really educates you on what people think of you though!
