UNLEASH THEIR IMAGINATION - K'NEX ARE GREAT TOYS December 6, 2008
My 5-year-old Son received the Kid K'nex as a gift and he loves them. My 7-year-old Daughter loves them as well. There are 115 total pieces in this box with countless possibilities for constructing new creatures. There is a large color paper included inside that shows you how to build 50 creatures but you can do so much more with them. You can even purchase other sets and mix and match them. They are very durable so they will last a long time.
Less frustrating than legos November 26, 2008
My son started playing with this at 3. The first time around I had to build for him, then within days he learned to do it himself. A year later this is still his favorite toy. He loves to copy the animals in the instructions but gets creative and builds his own. A perfect toy for travel and quiet time!
I much prefer this over legos right now because the pieces hold together well and he can play/fly/bounce his creations around without breaking. He always cries when his lego robots break apart when lifted up, the k'nex ones never do.

My son recieved this for his third birthday. He is now four, and he still loves it. He never gets bored with it, and can sit and play for hours. I will definately be buying more k'nex products for my son, i highly recommend this product!

My son recieved his first set of Kid K'nex this past Christmas, when he was 3 1/2. He immediately fell in love with the toy. He would pick something to make from the pictoral instruction book and be able to put it together himself, providing him with an incredible sense of accomplishment and pride. The instruction manual is so young kid friendly no adult assistance is needed! We got him the "Lots of Pals" set for his 4th birthday, mostly because he needed more eyes for the types of creatures and creations he enjoys making most. The Kid K'nex are easy for little hands to manage, provide easy to follow suggestions for projects, and encourage a lot of creative play. We love them!
