Geomags are absolutely the best toys EVER ... August 5, 2008
We have 4 boys (2 in college and 2 not yet) and many of their friends in our home on a regular basis. The bowl of geomags that sits in the middle of our kitchen table rarely sees a day without AT LEAST one person building something. The magnets are strong, the colors rich, and the possibilities endless. Adults enjoy them as much as kids. On a "cost per day" basis, this is the least expensive long-lasting fun out there!
Don't buy lower priced knock-offs because they will not stand up to the wear-and-tear such a great toy will go through and the weaker magnets are unable to handle building large structures. And keep buying more geomags... each year our boys' Christmas stockings have another set which keep getting added to the big bowl and each year the structures keep getting bigger and bigger. Having a lot also makes it possible for many people at the table to have enough to play with at the same time which we enjoy as we sit together and talk.
WARNING: Please wait to buy these until your kiddos are past the age of swallowing toys and make sure to put them up and away when toddlers are visiting your home. Injested magnets are very, very dangerous and harmful.
