Product Description Wooden set features a wooden knife and seven pieces of "sliceable" fruit that can be cut into a total of 17 pieces. Food makes a fun "CRUNCH" sound when sliced. With so many pieces, it?s also a great way to introduce the concepts of part, whole and fractions. 18 pieces in all. Measurements: 9" x 7" x 2.7".

Safe cutting January 2, 2009 This is a nice wood set. The fruit is held together with velcro and makes a cutting sound when the knife goes through it. The pieces are large enough so as not to pose a choking hazard, and the wood storage crate is a bonus. Everything is sanded to a totally smooth finish, and the colors are accurate. Very nice, and the kids have fun cutting and putting the fruit back together.
M&D do it again December 28, 2008 The kids love this toy. It's a simple concept, but very effective. Thanks for this great product. Our kids are two and four and love it.
Great toy November 17, 2008 My 3 year old granddaughter loves to play with this toy and the 'pretend' knife. She is always serving us food!
A cut above November 14, 2008 This is a great toy, it teaches kids valuable skills while they play. Thay learn about cutting, using hand eye coordination and how to put things back together. It is very durable, it has held up even with all the abuse it takes from my 5 kids.
Fun & Educational October 14, 2008 I use this product for my own children and for my daycare. It is one of their favorite toys. They love to cut the food and stick it back together. This toy is not only a fun toy to play with, but teaches mathematic concepts (fractions). My only complaint is that the velcro is not quite as "sticky" as it could be.
