 the furreal kitten is more then a stuff animal it is a teaching device January 20, 2008
My neice got the furreal friends kitten for christmas it was her favorit gift. I was very impressed with it the way it sounds and moves just like a real kitten. She said that this was her best gift and i mean the bratz and hanna montana did not even come close to it. I have just bought this again for my neice that will be 2 and hopefully she will like it just as much!

It looks cute, and it "drinks" from the bottle, so my daughters think it's great because they have a "baby" to take care of. Don't expect a soft and cuddly toy. There is almost no padding over the electronic controls, so it feels hard and lumpy. The inner workings are heavy enough to feel like the weight of a real kitten, and the sounds are pretty realistic. Little kids are charmed by all of these things, but mine have never asked to sleep with their new kitty (I wouldn't let them if they did ask), and they don't sit and cuddle with it. Once they get tired of feeding it, they put it aside and move on to something else.

I initially bought the furreal kitty for my two year old granddaughter. I ended up ordering two, just to keep my six year old from feeling left out. The result, both girls carry their kitties around with them constantly. These kittens are darling and are enjoyed by both girls. If you have a little one that loves animals, this is a winner. This product arrived in a timely manner, in original packaging. Overall I was more than satisfied with the price,delivery and product.

This kitten is so cute!!! My 3 year old daughter loves it. It comes with a bottle for the kitten to drink from. You can hear the kitten drinking, purring, meowing, and it moves its feet like it wants to come to you. It is really cute!!!

I bought this for my niece for Christmas, after seeing one in the store. The kitten arrived but didn't work. We changed the batteries thinking that they were bad. We finally used batteries from another game so we knew they were good, kitten still didn't work. She liked the kitten, but was so disappointed that it didn't work. Not sure if we are the only ones that got a lemon. The one in the store worked fine. If you are going to buy this, get it in a brick-and-mortar store where you can try it first.
