Love it love it love it! August 11, 2008 It's so hard to find well made wooden toys these days and these even come with the assurance that the materials (paint, glue, etc) are non toxic. If that wasn't enough, this toy is fun and classic looking and well worth the money. Just now returning to Amazon for a look at other Plan toys.
great wood toy August 8, 2008 We got this for our 1 year old. She loved it right away and soon could put the blocks in and loves releasing them. It occupies her for good chunks of time, and I like how it makes her focus. This is a well made, great toy. One of the best we've bought and well worth the money.
So far so good... July 3, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We've only had this toy for a week, but we love it so far. My son is only 9 months old, and he can't put the shapes in yet, but he loves releasing the toys and I'm sure will grow into enjoying all the aspects of the toy.
Educational, Well Built, and FUN February 9, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My grand-daughter just turned 1 year old and I wanted to get her a toy that was fun, but would also develop her eye hand coordination. Another, and not unimportant consideration, was the safety factor. Plan Toys have been tested to be manufactured in lead free processes and that came as a welcome relief. We played with it as soon as it arrived and in no time she knew how to release the blocks and began working on shape sorting. She also likes playing with the blocks on their own and bangs them together like a percussion instrument. I am very pleased with the quality and edutainment aspect of this toy..........which is why I bought the xylophone for her. When we tried to order more toys after Christmas, we saw that they were temporarily out-of-stock on quite a few. It looks like the word is out, if you want a fun AND safe toy for your children or grand-children.......Plan Toys has something for you
Simple and good January 7, 2008 This is a simple toy that is good for a baby just beginning to sort. It has no bells or whistles, no extra gadgets or gizmos. It is well made. My 12 month old still plays with it a few times a day for brief periods. He most likes releasing the shapes by pressing the blue ramp. I like that the toy is basic, durable and not made of plastic.
