Beautiful and Fun November 25, 2008
My 18 month old girls were never too interested in coloring with good ol' Crayola. They didn't understand the concept of pushing down on the paper with the crayon to bring out the color. We received our Amos Crayons yesterday and they sat at their high chairs and honestly colored page after page for an hour! When I took the crayons away to have dinner they were not happy with me. We colored this morning after breakfast and they love it! The colors are rich and glide on with very little pressure. The tubes are nice and thick for little chubby fingers to grab onto. They are expensive but they are actually being used and enjoyed!Fortunately the crayons are water soluble and non-toxic. Their high chair trays are a little stained. Other than that clean up off fingers, faces, and sleeves was no big deal. Hooray for something new.

These creamy crayons are EX-actly that. When you color with them they feel so smooth and silky. They glide on the paper like butter. They feel so nice in your hands, the colors are bright and beautiful and they're so much fun! An added bonus - wet the paint brush and brush over what you've colored, and it appears like watercolors. My 3 1/2 yr. old son loves them! Great for kids, but if you love art, forget the kids, these are an absolute MUST for your painting, drawing, medium collection!!

I purchased the creamy crayons for the grandkids, they really enjoyed drawing and coloring with them. Their mothers had tons of fun with them also. Something different from the markers and same old crayons. Maybe I'll get some for myself yet!!

I expected these crayons to be a little bit more exciting then they were. For the price they weren't that much different from a regular box of crayons. My 6 year old daughter does enjoy using them and the colors are very vibrant. I do feel the cost is too high.
