Why markers???? November 8, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I don't understand why these don't just have a fat crayon in them! I think these would be a great thing if it was a waxy crayon rather than ink. I have yet to find those.

LOVED these!! Still going strong after 4 months of daily use! Must have for the artsy kid...build creativity!
Big Mistake by Crayola February 18, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
These "markers" have got to be one of the worst baby products I've seen. I hate to say that, because I love 99% of crayola's products, but this one fell short. My 18 month old son really can't use them at all because the marker part is on the top, and the bottom (the part that goes in your palm) is way too big for his little hand. And even when he finds a way to hold it, the "ink" comes out in blobs and creates quite a mess. I ended up letting him fingerpaint with the globs of "ink" that came out. I make sure to keep these WAY UP HIGH so he can't get them when I'm not around. If he did, I'm sure I would need new carpet and paint and furniture...Very messy, and a very ineffective product... Sorry Crayola!!!
completely useless December 11, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
horrible markers, would give them 0 stars if possible:(. extremely awful for a toddler to hold and draw with (my daughter is almost 2 and they barely fit in her hands). and the paintbrushes from this series are even worse, they leak, and it takes more knowledge than a kid has to use either type (the way you have to hold them and tap them in order for the color to start flowing)and I don't know about the washable part, because they leave really bad stains on skin. Even though I like crayola, this is a bad product :( don't throw your money away on it, but rather buy some regular shaped washable markers!!!
A Big Mess November 3, 2007 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
I totally agree with the other reviews...great idea in theory but a huge mess. my 18 month old grabs them by the top marker part and ends up with marker all over him. my 3 year old gets the idea but these things let out so much ink that it gets all over his arms as he draws. they both love them but i basically have to take off all of their clothes, put down some big pieces of paper on our tile floor and make sure we have time for a bath afterwards.
