| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Trike2Bike is a pedal ride-on that is both a tricycle and a bicycle. The trike easily converts to a big-kid-style training bike with just a simple adjustment. Double-wide rear bike wheel provides extra stability for little riders. Bike converts back to a trike just as easily for more three-wheeled fun. Chunky foot pedals and easy-grip handlebars make it easy for little ones to pedal and steer. Four-position adjustable seat grows with kids for years of fun. Maximum weight capacity 50 lbs.

Not a Flaw to be Found October 21, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Although others have given the Trike2Bike a negative review, there is absolutely nothing negative to be said of it. Rather than having a flaw in the design, those who have given negative feedback have evidently done so with a flaw in their thinking.
We got the Trike2Bike for our 3 year old grandson who is 38 inches tall and weighs 32 pounds. He didn't just get on it and ride across the room. We had to first teach him the proper way to put his weight against the pedals so that the Trike2Bike could be maneuvered forward. It took less than a half hour of our time and he was able to ride it down the sidewalk almost like an old pro.
If you are fortunate enough to get one of these bikes for your little one, do so knowing they weren't born with some magical ability to pedal. Encourage them to keep at it and they'll get there!
exasperating experience December 9, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We purchased this bike last year for our 3 year old. The pedals were hard for him to push on his own and he would get extremely upset. The bike is durable and the right size it just is too hard for a little kid to push the pedals. We ended up leaving it at grandmas when we moved. He doesn't even miss it.
Pass on this one. September 17, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was very excited when we received this trike for my child. After 6 months, my 3 year old was still unable to ride it well. After reading the reviews, we realized the issue was the trike. We ended up throwing this one away and getting her a bike. Don't waste your money.
Unhappy NYC Mom April 22, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this bike thinking it would be a good starter for my toddler daughter to learn how to ride. It is simply to put up, but it is difficult for her to push the pedals. I was not happy with this merchandise. I think for my daughter to learn I will get the bike that I push with the handle and when she gets the hang off it take the handle off so she can do it on her own. I say to look around before you purchase this bike.
Not Great January 9, 2007 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I bought this bike for my 2 1/2 year old to use as a trike. It was very easy to put together, light weight, and has an adjustable seat. He loves the bike; however he is not strong enough to pedal -He's 38 inches and 33lbs. The bike is designed only to have one back wheel move, and since it is so light weight he can not get it to move. I think I should have bought him a small two-wheel bike w/ training wheels instead.
