FINALLY!!!! November 20, 2008 It's about time that I found PINK legos.... i was starting to feel like Legos were not meant for girls... although that would be EXTREMELY difficult to explain to my daughter.... she absolutely loves playing with legos and now she doesn't have to fight her little brother for his anymore... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!
play and learn October 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you want your child to learn while playing, lego is one good choice. It helps build independence, imagination, helps in mastering the skill of following directions, translation from 2D (the directions) to 3D images (the actual blocks)and many more. Plus since is suitable for all ages, everybody can play together (parents asked to restrain the tendency for accuracy and perfection). Have fun!
Great LITTLE Starter Box October 21, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great starter box for a 4-6 yr.-old girl. Our 4 yr. old kept getting into her brother's legos, much to their dismay, so she got this for her birthday. The only difference with this box set are the light and dark pink bricks (not that many included, but enough to be "girlish"). Other colors included are the regular colors produced by lego. She plays with it non-stop (even brothers use some of the pieces). However, 200-something pieces is NOT that many, considering over 100 of them are smaller than the 4-square brick. Luckily our dtr. can use her brother's legos to supplement. If this is your first set, I would get on to [...] buy a few more bags of pink legos.
too overpriced..... October 7, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Not sure if its a mistake in the price of this toy, but I actually bought the same thing for $14.99 elsewhere.
