great item November 22, 2008 This product is great for a lego lover. My 5 year old son sometimes has a hard time with the big lego's and I end up putting them together for him, but this was easy for him and he ended up putting them all together in one day.
Not what I expected. November 22, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was very disappointed after receiving this LEGO product. The box shows this fabulous Christmas scene. Seeing this picture on my computer screen, I thought it would have lots of LEGO doors and that you could build this scene from the parts you found everyday. No, the cardboard box has the doors in it. When you poke through you find tiny pieces that you can put together. It doesn't really make the scene it shows on the box. I expected a lot more from a LEGO product.
Fun, fun, fun November 16, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
my son can't wait to get this. Just think, a new lego every day through December!
The Gift that Keeps on Giving November 6, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My son's birthday happens to be on the first of December, and this is the best birthday gift ever. It gives him almost a month of anticipation and excitement. He loves to search for the numbers and open the doors.
I got the 2007 calendar from Amazon last year for $20, so I was a bit disappointed to see the price so high this year. Maybe it was cheaper because I ordered and received it a couple of days late. It definitely is very expensive for the amount of pieces you get, but the value lies in the happiness and thrill your child gets each day as he opens the doors.
I definitely recommend!
Very nice. November 4, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is a very nice set builder, and it is a fun advent calender to top it off.
