 Great size for a younger child December 31, 2008
I had a hard time finding a doll for a child younger than 3, then I found Corolle. This doll is the perfect size for my 21 month old. She loves her baby. She pushes it in her new baby stroller, feeds it from play baby bottles, and takes it everywhere. She won't leave the house without her baby or her play purse. It is so cute. BTW it smells great... just like vanilla. We love this baby doll and I recommend it to everyone looking for a baby for a younger child.

For her second birthday, by granddaughter wanted nothing else, but a doll. When she opened just a bit of the package, she exclaimed, "Oh yeah, it's a doll!" She was so pleased it made my heart sing! This little doll is so very perfect for a two year old. Stella was beside herself when she found out that "Ruby's (the doll) eyes open and close. Ruby has not left her side, a month later.

My granddaughter received this doll for her 2nd birthday and very much enjoys playing with it. At approximately 12" it is the perfect size for her small hands, the "hair" is styled to hold up to toddler attention and there are no mechanical parts (other than eyes that open and close) to break and disappoint. An excellent choice for first-time doll owners -- and pretty enough for older girls too.
Lovely but somewhat small September 24, 2008
I read lots of reviews and researched a bunch before deciding on this Calin doll. She's got hair for my DD's practice with hair-clips, she's dressable, and since her mouth is slightly open she'll take a magic bottle, plus all Corolle dolls smell like vanilla cake!
She's a bit small, I'd prefer a larger doll, more real-life size I think, but overall a great doll so far!
