Expensive November 2, 2008 I have had 2 Radica solitaire games in the past. I have had a $15.00 hand held game and the more expensive one that cost approximately $45.00. I ordered 2 last year through Amazon and sent the cheaper one to my daughter. There is absolutely no difference between the two. Lesson learned!
Great game! September 1, 2008 Someone else told me about this and I really like it and I would recommend it to others. I was looking for one with a light and where you could turn the sound on and off.
Wife loves game August 7, 2008 My wife plays this game so much that I can't play it because the the buttons are worn.
love the product but . . . July 7, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The only problem is that the screen is hard to see in normal light. There is a back light which comes on in low light settings which is nice. I have resorted to tape over the light sensor so that the light stays on when I play the game. Perhaps an anti-glare screen may help. Other than that its a good game.
Beats Solitaire June 28, 2008 We gave this as Father's Day gifts to our sons and sons-in-law. They like the fact that it is possible to win this game. Radica's Solitaire drove them crazy because it was so hard to win. Free Cell, on the other hand, with a little ingenuity, can be won frequently. They like the fact that the game notifies you when you have reached an impasse. Additional pluses are the lighted background when in a dark room, and the fact that once you have reached a winning configuration, the remaining cards are stacked automatically for you. The game needs batteries, which are not included.
