NOK HOCKEY PACKAGING October 28, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Please be aware this package arrives with NOK HOCKEY written all over it! This was a gift for my 10 year old son for Christmas. When UPS delivered the package and my son opened the door he knew immediately what it was. One less Christmas suprise for him. Just wanted to warn other parents.
fun with a simple toy August 15, 2008 when I was growing up in Brooklyn many years ago, before PC's and laptops, this was a very popular toy. For me and my sister, it still is. It's simple to use and provides a lot of fun. You don't have to plug it in, or put software in it, or worry if it's going to boot up or not. there is no batteries. my point is that it's a simple, basic toy and it's entertaining and fun to play with. It brings back memories when life was much more simple.
A simple, yet really fun game! January 9, 2007 This game is really fun. Problably, the best part is that it is easy to play and there are no parts to get broken. There is no need to set anything up, just pick up the sticks set out the puck and play! This game is great for young children all the way up to adults.
Not the toy you remember December 29, 2003 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
I don't know who's been writing the 5 star reviews for this game, however, it is not the toy you may remember. It has been considerably downsized and comes with decidedly ineffective plastic paddles both of which contribute to diminished quality of play. What has happened is the makers of this game have made it cheap(er), turning a fun, action packed real kids game into a toy for babies. Greed wins again.
Who sez it ain't educational August 12, 2003 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
There's that shot down the side, off the triangle and then off the diamond in the middle, hey angles. Look, I played a lot of Nok Hockey as a kid and got a physics degree at MIT. Coincidence, I DONT THINK SO!
