Helmet October 11, 2007 Good product but metal buckles on strap are not convenient for young children. Purchased the same style (& brand) helmet (at a store) with a plastic buckle that is much easier to use for small children.
super full face helmet for the money August 14, 2007 This helmet was a great find. I've been wanting to buy a full face helmet for when I ride downhill at local ski resorts. This helmet fits the bill perfectly and was half the price of the other lower priced helmets. I am a woman and I have a very small noggin (I usually have to buy kids helmets). This one fits perfectly!!! It doesn't have a lot of ventilation, so if you are pedaling hard, you're going to get hot. But for the added protection, I'm glad I bought this helmet.
Not a youth size helmet July 13, 2007 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
While the quality of the helmet is decent for what it is - it's a bike helmet with a face guard - I was very disappointed with the over-sized fit. The packaging says it's a youth helmet, but the helmet itself is labeled as a 'Medium', and I've got to believe that means 'adult medium'. I'm a 6'6" adult, and this helmet fits snugly on me (with all the internal velcro pads still in place) - the thing is way too big for my son's head. Buyer beware: I didn't think that Razor could screw up a bike helmet too badly, but this helmet is unusable for the average 8-year-old child unless they wear a knit cap underneath.
Razor Helmet April 10, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I found it to be everything I expected, however, I think it should have come with some switch-out cheek pads that were thiner than those that came with it so as to adjust the fit better. Over all, it is a great product.
Great looking safety helmet March 20, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought this for my son's 10th birthday to go with a Razor Quad. He loves the helmet and the fit was very nice. Should last him awhile and he can use it when we take him for rides on our four wheeler.
