No Pump? October 13, 2008
Buyers beware! I ordered two of these balls and there was no "free" pump! Also, the product was suppose to be for kids between 7 - 9. It was too small for my seven year boy!

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order.
Conditions:
Jumping Balls that were taken out of the original plastic bag, cannot be returned since it isn't possible to sell them as new after they were opened. If you already opened them and for some reason do not need them we suggest donating it to your school or selling them on ebay.
Rody Horses cannot be returned, unless they were not inflated and are in the exact same condition in which they were shipped. JumpingBalls.com reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund in case we believe that we are being taken advantage of. We are very nice and treat everyone fairly, but in the past some people (very few) have tried to take abuse that.
If your Jumping Ball popped, then please send us a picture, and a short note of how it happened. If this happened within 60 days of your purchase, in most cases we will ship you a brand new Jumping Ball.
Important: Shipping costs will not be refunded. This includes the shipping to return the items to us, AND the actual cost we incurred when first shipping your items, which is always higher than $3.00 (usually between $9.00 and $40.00, depending on how many balls were in the order).
There is a $3.00 processing fee for returns.

How can a customer evaluate a product unless they open it? Well, the jumping balls are cheaply made. I ordered another jumping ball from a different company and was shock by the difference in quality.
So poor quality, size doesn't match kid age group and the return policy tries to discourage you from return the product. Jumpingball.com suggests, "we suggest donating it to your school or selling them on ebay".
Why does Jumping balls.com disguise itself as Waliki? Here's a case where spending a little more will get you a better quality product without dealing with an outrageous Return Policy.
