Great boat for the money! January 18, 2008

I ordered this boat for our son (29) who just recently bought a home on a lake. He mentioned wanting a remote control sailboat so I started searcing for one to give him as a Christmas present. I saw this one on Amazon and read the specifications and thought for the price this was the one! The best part of purchasing this item was the 'unbelievable' customer service I received prior to receiving the boat. We were going to be traveling to my son's and I wasn't sure the boat would be deivered on time. Rob, a representative of the company selling the boat called me at home after I wrote an email (1 day earlier)explaining my concern. I couldn't believe that I, 'first' got a response to my email, and 'second' had someone who really was concerned.....I did receive on time and I would purchase from this company again.....I can't tell you how many people I told this story to and some of them didn't believe me....
