Perfect for younger racing fans, these great little Shake & Go cars require minimal coordination skills to operate. Kids simply shake the cars up and set them down on the ground to speed away. Cars can travel up to 20 feet away and work on most surfaces, from sidewalks to carpet, or on the Shake `n Go Speedway (sold separately) designed specifically for these vehicles. This flashy grey and blue rally car with a sporty spoiler is one of five different collectible cars in the series and has its own unique engine and screeching tires sound. Parents, be forewarned, it doesn't take much movement to set off the noise on these racers. The vibration of a real car motor can jiggle a Shake `n Go racer enough to produce revving noises from the trunk or bottom of a knapsack.  Fun but unpredictable toy February 15, 2007
My 2-year-old son loves cars (it's also his favorite word!) and when I saw this for only a few bucks at a local store, I grabbed it for Christmas. It is easy enough for him to operate on his own and he just loves to see how far he can make it zoom. Our only complaint is that sometimes it won't "go" without a little push after you set it on the floor. He figured this out right away and gives it a few taps until it starts to go, though I wish it would just work every time. It has behaved like this since the first time out of the box and with new batteries. But for what I paid for it and for how much he enjoys it, I'd absolutely buy it again!

I bought a shake & go car for my toddler son for x-mas and he totally loved it. My daughter and my son kept fighting to play with the car so I went and bought 2 more. When you shake them you can hear the sound of the engine and then is races off. The more you shake it the further it goes. They have banged against furniture and walls going full speed and they have held up pretty good considreing they are being played by two kids. The toys age is for 3 and older but my son is one and he loves crawling after the car just to shake it and go after it again. They are not tiny like other toy cars so even when they are running they are unlikely to run in small places like under the fridge and if they do run under furniture they are easy to grab hold off. Another feature is that you can turn it off by moving a switch underneath the car so if you are traveling it will not just turn on. Each shake & go car model has it's own unique car engine sound too.
