22 Month old LOVES IT September 4, 2008 Again, Melissa and Doug make a great toy. My 22 month old recieved it as a gift and I thought she might not think too much of it. I was very wrong, she loves to take the caps off and "snap" them on according to color and pretend to pour or drink from them.
The colors are brighter then the picture shows, and it a great tool for learning them all. The magnets are very stuck in place, and sturdy, does not look like anything will be able to get them out. (I tested it) and the wooden set is very durable. I have to give this 5 stars for a well put together set.
Melissa & Doug Kitchen Bottle Collection August 28, 2008 We are fans of Melissa & Doug products and this continued our opinion of their goods. Our 3yr old loves to play with this set with her kitchen and has hours of fun pretending. These are tough and able to withstand a puppy playing with them as well!! Highly recommended.
Great toy July 24, 2008 My 17 month old loves playing with this. a great addition to her kitchen (and mine-i put it in the pantry so she plays with it instead of real food).
Excellent Toys! July 18, 2008 My daughter, 20-months-old, likes to play with it very much. Different colors of the bottles simply help my daughter learn recognizing different colors. Also, different sizes of the caps help my daughter develop her problem solving skills by matching the lids to the bottles. Because some of the lids DO fit on to the wrong color bottles, my daughter gets confused. It's a minor thought but it would have been better if there was only one way to fit. Over all, I think it is a fun toy to add into her pretend play.
lots of fun for aspiring chefs. June 9, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a really great set. My daughter is 15 months old, and is in the put it on and take it off again faze. She loves these bottles! Since they came out of the box she has been "seasoning" her play cooking with these bottles. The magnets keep the caps on nice and tight, but it is still easy to remove them if you want. I also like that I can use them to work on her colors, since the caps match the bottles. Only disappointment is that the storage tray does not come with them anymore. I was a little upset by that. The picture on the box shows the tray, and the box even says it includes the tray. But no tray was to be found. Total bummer.
